Donation & Refund Policy

All donations to Indian Culinary Legacy Foundation are entirely voluntary and made out of the donor's own free will. By making a donation you confirm that you are an Indian citizen or resident paying in Indian Rupees (INR). We are unable to accept foreign contributions at this time.

Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are put to immediate use for the Foundation's charitable programmes. We will, however, process a refund only in the following cases:

• A duplicate payment is made for the same donation.
• The wrong amount is debited due to a technical error.

To request a refund, write to Director@iclf.in within 7 days of the transaction with your receipt number and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Annadhaan meals — serving warm, dignified meals to people in need across India.
• Culinary heritage documentation — recording rare recipes, techniques and heirloom cookware.
• Volunteer outreach — resourcing heritage walks, food drives and community awareness.

Every successful donation receives an official receipt by email, with a unique receipt number, date, amount in figures and words, payment reference and the Foundation's registration details.

Your donor details (name, email, phone, city) are used only to issue receipts and to share occasional updates from ICLF. We never sell or share your information with third parties. Optional details such as your city and a public display preference are used only if you opt in.

Tax benefit under Section 80G is not yet available. We will inform donors when our 80G registration is approved.
